HCS Water Treatment (HCS), a component company of Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is thrilled to announce its successful placement on the NOE CPC Specialist Estates Engineering and Maintenance Services (Hard FM) Framework Agreement, following a competitive call for competition. The North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) has officially awarded HCS the contract under Lot 14 – Water System Maintenance and Risk Management.

This contract, effective from July 1, 2024, marks a significant milestone for HCS as it reinforces the company’s commitment to providing top-tier water system maintenance and risk management services across the North of England. The contract was finalised after a rigorous tendering process and a standstill period observed under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

“We are honoured to have been chosen by NOE CPC for this critical framework agreement. This award reflects the expertise and dedication of our team in delivering high-quality, compliant water system services,” said Paul Harris, Managing Director of HCS Water Treatment.

HCS looks forward to commencing work under this agreement and contributing to the continued safety and efficiency of water systems within the NOE CPC’s member organisations.

HCS forms a significant part of PTSG Water Treatment Ltd, one of PTSG’s five independent business divisions. Since its acquisition by PTSG in 2021, HCS has gone from strength to strength, extending its customer base and geographical reach. It is perfectly aligned with PTSG’s approach of delivering outstanding customer service in every contract. HCS is also committed to staying at the cutting edge of the industry by implementing the latest technology in all areas of its business.
