Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is to provide specialist fire solutions for Unite Students, which has recently acquired Liberty Living.
PTSG provided fire solutions for Liberty Living for eight years, which was the basis for the renewal of the contract with Unite Students. For the next two years, engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd will be delivering servicing, testing and repairs when required to dry and wet risers, sprinklers and fire hydrants in student accommodation UK-wide.
Unite Students provides purpose built student accommodation across the United Kingdom. Unite Students is the trading name for The Unite Group Plc, a London Stock Exchange listed real estate investment trust and a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.
PTSG has built up a large portfolio in the higher education sector, providing specialist services for accommodation at the University of East Anglia, Oxford University and for Student Roost, a major student accommodation provider – to name just a few.
