Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to carry out high-level work at a major student accommodation building in Manchester.
PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd was contracted for its expertise in rope access. Engineers were asked to remove signage from Bridgewater Heights, a high-rise residential block operated by Unite Students.
Unite Students provides purpose-built student accommodation across the United Kingdom. Unite Students is the trading name for The Unite Group Plc, a London Stock Exchange listed Real estate investment trust and a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.
Bridgewater Heights (previously Liberty Heights) is located in Great Marlborough Street in the centre of Manchester and within a 15-minute walk of the city’s universities. The building provides an ideal home for the 520 students that live there.
Accommodation features en-suite rooms, a study desk and lots of storage space, plus a fully-fitted kitchen and living space that’s shared between flatmates. There are also a range of studios.
