In 2014, we launched MOUSE (Memorable, Outstanding, Unique, Service Experience), a unique customer service-driven initiative. Each month, MOUSE speaks to someone in our team about their life inside and outside of work.

This month we catch up with Sarah Lythall, Clarity Project Manager. Sarah has been a valued team member at PTSG since joining in 2008, just a year after it was formed. Upon being given the role of Project Manager of Clarity, Sarah has excelled as the vital interface between the development and implementation of this software system which is transforming the way all staff work within the Group – and improving service for clients.

At work

In my role as Clarity Project Manager, I work with the software developers to enhance the system and its testing. I also help to implement the system into PTSG’s four business divisions, working with the managers and directors to understand their requirements. Training material for all staff is vitally important, so I help create this for the relevant areas. The other important part is providing feedback, reporting any errors that may occur and finding ways of preventing these in the future.

At home

I am close to my family, love taking my dog for walks in the country and am an avid reader enjoying a wide variety of literature from chic lit, thriller and fantasy to the classics.
