Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has completed a specialist fire solutions project at Heathrow.
PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd (via constituent company Trinity Fire & Security Ltd) has a long and successful relationship with Heathrow, where its engineers have provided maintenance and reactive works for around ten years, across multiple disciplines including Fire Alarm, PAVA, Sprinklers, Dry Risers, Fire Extinguishers, Hose Reels, Fire Suppression and Gas Detection. The years of hard work and successful service delivery culminated in a PFM Partnership Award in November 2019.
PTSG’s other business divisions have also delivered other specialist services at Heathrow – the second busiest airport in the world by international passenger traffic. In April 2018, engineers form PTSG Access & Safety Ltd tested anchor points for systems at Terminal 2 to ensure the safety of those working at height and undertaking maintenance work. A statutory inspection of anchor points at T2’s Plaza Premium Lounge was also be undertaken.
In this new contract, engineers from two different offices at PTSG worked in partnership to deliver the fire mains solution for the hangar at Heathrow. The work drew strong praise from the client, who highlighted PTSG’s professional, hard-working and meticulous planning and delivery of work.
