Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) is carrying out a high-level installation contract at Royal Wharf, a residential and commercial development on the former site of Minoco Wharf, on the north bank of the River Thames.
The development is a joint venture between Ballymore Group and Oxley Holdings and includes 3,385 residential units and 10,000 square metres of retail and commercial space. PTSG’s Building Access Specialists, who are skilled in a range of specialist access techniques, are undertaking the work, the scope of which includes the installation of window surrounds, fixing channels and the power-coated aluminium window surrounds.
PTSG works on a great many residential and commercial developments of this kind, employing rope access, steeplejack techniques, scaffolding and mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) to access all parts of buildings, no matter how tall or difficult. Services range from façade and cladding cleaning to graffiti removal, the reparation of industrial chimney towers and the maintenance of stonework on historic buildings.
