Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist electrical services for one of the largest social housing providers in the UK.

In this contract, PTSG Electrical Services Ltd is carrying out electrical installation condition reports (EICRs) in 1,000 properties. Also known as a periodic inspection report or fixed wiring testing, the main purpose of an EICR is to evaluate the safety and condition of the electrical installation in a building. It aims to identify any potential hazards, faults or non-compliance with electrical regulations.
