The data centre had suffered from graffiti vandalism, which left the building’s façade looking unsightly. Operatives from PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd, positioned on mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) to reach all areas, are using a combination of jet-wash and specialist graffiti removal products. PTSG’s team used test samples prior to starting the work to ensure the client was completely satisfied.
MEWPs are a versatile and highly effective method of accessing buildings. PTSG routinely uses MEWPs as well as rope access, or abseil, to access all parts a building’s façade. This enables its engineers to carry out a wide range of at-height services.
