Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), via constituent company Total Environmental Compliance (TEC), has won a contract to deliver specialist water treatment services to a large social housing provider in the north-west of England.
The housing provider in this contract has a portfolio of 9,000 homes in the north-west, providing safe and secure housing for families and single persons. It also provides sheltered housing for the young, the elderly and the homeless.
Through TEC (and HCS – also part of PTSG Water Treatment Ltd), PTSG has a wealth of experience and expertise in delivering water hygiene and legionella compliance services in social housing. Its engineers are looking forward to working with the new social housing provider. They will deliver effective legionella risk prevention through assessment, monitoring and maintenance in accordance with the recommendations of HSG274 and L8 Approved Code of Practice (ACOP).
