Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to provide specialist water hygiene services for the largest social housing landlord in the Wyre Forest District and one of the largest employers in the area.
PTSG Water Treatment Ltd will be working with Community Housing to deliver their ‘Water Hygiene Risk Mitigation Activities’ contract for their independent living schemes and community centres. The scope of the contract is to carry-out a range of water hygiene maintenance tasks, on behalf of Community Housing including:
- Monthly hot & cold-water temperature checks
- Showerhead clean and disinfections
- Thermostatic Mixing Valves servicing
- Legionella sampling
- Tvc/E.coli/Coliform sampling
- CWST/Integrated Water Heaters inspections and tap descales.
With an already substantial portfolio of social housing customers in the West Midlands, the team from PTSG Water Treatment Ltd looks forward to working with the Community Housing team.
