Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist electrical services at the regeneration of the Marlowe Road estate in Walthamstow.
When complete, the estate will provide 436 new homes, with 38% affordable, including 150 council homes for rent to replace the outdated existing homes. Countryside, the house builder, will also deliver flexible retail space, managed by the council and surrounding a new plaza, while improved walkways and cycle routes link into Waltham Forest’s ‘Mini Holland’ scheme, a play area and water feature. The new community and commercial space will transform the former estate and area surrounding Wood Street station.
