Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist electrical services at 72 Broadwick Street, a development underway in London’s Soho.

Shaftsbury, the real estate investment trust, bought 72 Broadwick Street in December 2017, and has received planning consent to refurbish the address to provide a mixed-use building with new office, restaurant, gym, retail and residential space. The Marshall/Broadwick Street junction presents an exciting opportunity to add a feature corner to the building that can respond to the adjacent massing and act as a new ‘gateway’ to Carnaby Street. Construction work started in August 2019 and completion is anticipated for Summer 2021.

PTSG’s electrical engineers will install a new lightning protection system to keep the building and users safe in the event of an electrical storm. PTSG offers market-leading design, installation, test and inspection services of lightning protection systems, as well as surge protection and earthing systems.
