Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist Access & Safety services at Segro V-Park Grand Union, a groundbreaking multi-level industrial space in Park Royal, in the London Borough of Brent.
The development will provide 187,927 sq ft of flexible light industrial space over six storeys. It is an innovative new concept for delivering multi-storey light industrial property and is designed to maximise employment space and accessibility on the 1.7-acre plot and support up to 500 jobs and apprenticeships. It forms part of Grand Union, a new canal-side destination which is being delivered by St George.
Grand Union will provide 10.2 acres of publicly accessible landscaped gardens, a net biodiversity gain of 240%, community centre, health centre, local supermarket and a range of on- site amenities.
Engineers from PTSG Access & Safety Ltd have been contracted to deliver a Mansafe system and davit at the new development. A Mansafe system is a horizontal Safety Line System designed to keep individuals safe when working at height. The word Mansafe is often used within the industry to describe various forms of fall protection systems, with the most common system being the Safety Line system.
