Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to provide specialist electrical services at a new residential development in Bishop’s Stortford.
Earthworks began on the Stortford Fields development in Bishop’s Stortford North in late summer 2022. There will be a total of 2,200 new homes, with a further 329 within St Michael’s Hurst. East Herts Council has now approved 479 homes on St Michael’s Hurst, taking the overall total to 2,679. Delivery of the homes is underway and the build out programme is expected to continue until 2033.
Bishop Stortford’s North comprises three neighbourhoods, which will include:
- The Western Neighbourhood of Stortford Fields
- The Eastern Neighbourhood of Stortford Fields
- St Michael’s Hurst
