Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has secured a contract to deliver specialist services at Boston Road – a major new property development in Hanwell, West London
A2Dominion and Higgins Partnership have established a joint venture vehicle to deliver the prestigious development, which includes homes as well as retail and commercial space.
333 high-quality studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes will be created within the development; 216 of which are for private sale and 117 for affordable tenure.
The project will also enhance the existing residential area by providing shops, cafés and restaurants as well as a new village square situated just minutes from the Elizabeth’s Line’s Hanwell Station.
Lightning protection is essential to protect new developments such as this new one in West London. PTSG is at the head of the UK market for the installation, test and maintenance of lightning and surge protection systems, as well as specialist earthing. One of PTSG’s constituent companies, JW Gray, is believed to be the oldest trading company providing lightning protection services in the UK and possibly even Europe.
