Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has signed a contract to deliver specialist electrical services at a major new residential scheme north west of London.
The ‘Avenues at Riverwell’ scheme is part of the £400m Watford Riverwell regeneration. This will see 192 homes delivered across two phases, directly south of Watford FC’s Vicarage Road football stadium. 62 units will be for Watford Community Housing, the affordable housing partner for the scheme.
Phase 1 (due for completion in summer 2023) will deliver 12 maisonettes and 11 houses for affordable living, and 62 houses for open market sale – providing 85 homes overall. Phase 2 (scheduled to start in spring 2023 and complete in winter 2024) will deliver 50 apartments in a 7-storey block for shared ownership and open market sale, incorporating a ground floor community centre.
Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will install a bespoke lightning protection system at the development to protect people and buildings in the event of an electrical storm.
