Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has secured a new contract to deliver specialist electrical services at Beam Park, a brand-new housing development in East London.
The wider vision for Beam Park is to create 3,000 new homes, 50% of which will be affordable, on a derelict former factory site in the London Boroughs of Barking and Dagenham and Havering. The site, formerly home to one of the world’s largest car plants, is situated between Dagenham and Rainham.
Phase two of the redevelopment of Beam Park will provide more new homes, a leisure centre, a new central park, an energy centre and a multi-faith community centre. Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will install a lightning protection system that will protect structures and residents in the event of an electrical storm.
PTSG is entrusted by clients from a wide variety of industry sectors to install, test, inspect and maintain lightning and surge protection systems, as well as providing specialist earthing solutions to meet the unique requirements at each site.
