Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is to provide specialist services at York House, a mixed-use development in Wembley, London HA9.
The project comprises the conversion of 14 storeys of commercial B1 space into 360 residential apartments opposite the iconic Wembley Stadium.
Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will install a new lightning protection system to protect the structural integrity of the building and its residents during an electrical storm.
Engineers from other business divisions within PTSG have been involved in other projects in the Wembley area of London in recent years. One involved the installation of a significant number of dry risers in a new residential development. Another contract saw PTSG’s engineers providing a builders’ façade clean at Wembley Park for McLaren Group (McLaren), following the completion of construction works and final hand-over.
