Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been awarded a contract to deliver a six-month programme of Fire Solutions works, scheduled to be complete in October.
The site is a multi-tenanted office block in Birmingham city centre, with car park and landlord areas.
Colmore Business District is the commercial heart of Birmingham, with over 500 companies employing around 35,000 people and occupying approximately 5.6 million square feet of office space.
As well as being a hub for business and professional service firms, the District also boasts a thriving leisure and hospitality offering, with a host of award-winning independent and chain bars, restaurants, cafes and more.
PTSG’s Fire Solutions engineers will carry out the installation of fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder alarm and monitoring installations at the office block.
This project will see the team from PTSG working in close collaboration with established supply chain partners it has worked with before across other high-profile sites including Birmingham Symphony Town Hall and Birmingham City Council Head Offices.
