Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist Access & Safety services at Radbroke Hall, a Grade II listed property in Cheshire.

Radbroke Hall is a white French chateau-style former country house in Peover Superior. It takes its name from the Red Brook stream that runs through the grounds. The hall was built between 1914 and 1917 for Manchester businessman Claude Hardy and his wife Olga. Portland stone is the main material used in the construction of the hall, and was brought by train to a local railway station from Weymouth. Main features of the hall include a white marble staircase, a music room, and an oval dining room.

The hall is the current UK strategic centre for Barclays Bank plc, and is also home to the Global Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.

In this contract, engineers from PTSG Access & Safety Ltd, working for main contractor ISS, will carry out remedial works to the fall protection systems in place at Radbroke Hall. These systems allow safe access to the roof and façade of the building in order to carry out maintenance or cleaning works.

PTSG Access & Safety Ltd delivers a full range of services including the installation, testing and inspection and maintenance and remedial works for fall arrest and fall restraint systems and equipment – as well as suspended access equipment.
