Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been awarded a contract to deliver a range of specialist services for Reckitt (via FM provider FISco Ltd).
Reckitt (legally incorporated as Reckitt Benckiser Group plc) is a British multinational consumer goods company headquartered in Slough. It is a producer of health, hygiene and nutrition products for consumers. Amongst its well-known brands are Dettol, Disprin, Gaviscon, Calgon, Clearasil, Cillit Bang and Durex. The company was formed in March 1999 by the merger of British company Reckitt & Colman plc and Dutch company Benckiser N.V.
This contract will see engineers from different divisions of PTSG deliver inspections of emergency lighting, fixed wiring, portable appliances and lightning protection across four Reckitt locations. Reckitt has 71 office locations across 63 countries, including a Science and Innovation Centre in Hull. In fact, Reckitt and Sons started in 1840 when Isaac Reckitt rented a starch mill in Hull.
