Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to provide specialist Access & Safety services at Brooklands Technical College in Weybridge.
In August 2007 Brooklands merged with Spelthorne College in Ashford. In 2016 the Ashford Campus moved to a new building and the former Spelthorne College site was demolished.
The college provides courses for those leaving school after GCSEs, vocational subjects, A-levels, apprenticeships, and professional courses for adults including foundation degrees. There are approximately 5,000 students attending the college; of these about 2,500 are full-time. Alumni of the college include actor Martin Freeman, musician Gary Numan and comedian Sean Lock.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Access & Safety Ltd, will carry out remedial works to the fall protection systems in place at Radbroke Hall. These systems allow safe access to the roof and façade of the building in order to carry out maintenance or cleaning works.
PTSG Access & Safety Ltd is one of the five independent business divisions of PTSG. The other four are: PTSG Electrical Services Ltd, PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd, PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd and PTSG Water Treatment Ltd.
