Every year, more than 1,700 people die on our roads. Another 30,000 receive serious, life-changing injuries*.
Road Safety Week takes place between 17 and 23 November 2024. This year, road accident victims at the centre of the campaign to raise awareness of the devastating toll of road crashes, as well as celebrating the incredible people who support families after a road death or serious injury.
Signing up to Road Safety Week 2024 will inform you of what’s happening, with opportunities to get involved:
1. Help people understand the devastating effects of road crashes on everyone involved.
2. Join our call for sustainable funding and parity of care for road victims.
3. Highlight the amazing work of people who support road victims.
PTSG’s first priority is to ensure everyone returns home safely every day. With a fleet of around 1,800 work vehicles, PTSG takes its responsibility very seriously in ensuring staff are reminded of the steps to take to stay safe on the road every single journey.
