Trinity Fire & Security Systems (Trinity), a constituent company of Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), has appointed two exceptional new leaders to its team.
James O’Dwyer is the new London Regional Director of Trinity. James brings a wealth of experience from his impressive career within the fire sector, where he most recently served as a Managing Director. His strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in driving Trinity’s regional growth and success.
Maxine Chase is Trinity’s new Customer Service Director. Maxine has extensive experience in the field service industry, having successfully managed customer service centres for JCI. Her expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction will be invaluable as Trinity aims to enhance its already high level of customer service.

Trinity became part of PTSG in January 2019. It remains one of the Group’s largest constituent companies and has been integral in the growth of PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd, which is the largest of the five independent business divisions of PTSG.
