Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is to deliver specialist Access & Safety services at a new retirement village in Kent
Elysian Residences, located in Tunbridge Wells, comprises three luxury apartment buildings. Spanning six, four and three stories in height, the structures collectively provide 89 high quality apartments.
Resident facilities include a lounge and library, restaurant and bar, function room, guest suite, gym and treatment rooms, in addition to landscaped communal gardens.
The construction is both concrete frames and traditional build, with precast floors and stairs. Internally, off-site solutions include bathroom and utility pods, with HG M&E delivering the full services package. The contemporary design includes floor to ceiling windows and bolt on balconies.
Engineers from PTSG Access & Safety Ltd have been contracted to deliver a Mansafe system at the new retirement village. Fall arrest installations, including Mansafe systems, are essential to ensure operatives remain safe when carrying out their work at height, preventing them from falling.
