Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has entered another contract to deliver more specialist solutions for one of the UK’s largest shopping centres, situated in the North-East of England.
Established in the 1980s and offering more than 300 shops covering nearly 200,000m², the centre houses the largest array of retail and leisure opportunities under one roof in this part of the country. It is served by a large bus station and railway station, as well as 10,000 parking spaces. Westfield shopping centre in Shepherd’s Bush, London, is the only shopping centre in the UK with more retail floor space.
As the incumbent provider of fire solutions, PTSG will continue to provide the fire, security and life safety systems maintenance direct to the client for the next five years.

- Passive fire assets – fire doors, fire rated glazing systems, fire curtains and cavity barriers, fire stopping and penetration sealing and fire compartmentation.
