Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been awarded a contract to deliver specialist fire solutions on Wembley NE02.
This mixed-use development in Wembley Park (London HA9) covers over a million square feet of residential-led buildings that will be delivered between 2024 and 2027. The 12-acre North East Lands site will deliver over 2,000 new homes with 769 to be built in its first phase. The majority of the new homes in this first phase will be for rent.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd will deliver wet and dry risers for residences within the new development. Wet and dry rising mains are intended for use by the fire brigade or other trained personnel.
They are vertical mains fitted into staircase enclosures or other suitable positions, with outlet valves on each floor and connected to an automatic water supply. Dry risers are installed into buildings above 18 metres whilst wet risers are installed into buildings above 50 metres.
PTSG has substantial experience in installing, servicing and maintaining wet and dry risers as part of a comprehensive fire solutions provision.
