Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) are delivering specialist electrical services at a new residential development in South East London.
London Borough of Bromley Council granted planning consent for Langley Court, Beckenham, in November 2018. The residential scheme comprises 280 new homes including two-five-bedroom houses and apartments up to five stories in height. Additionally there will be a 100-bed care home.
The architectural style of the housing and apartments in the northern part of the site responds to the Arts and Crafts style in the local area. The crescent apartment buildings in the southern part of the site have a more contemporary appearance.
Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd have been contracted to install a brand-new lightning protection system at the development. This will ensure protection of the structures and all users in the event of an electrical storm.
