Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist electrical services at a huge new development in Surrey.
Chaldon Rise has seen Reigate & Banstead Borough Council transform Redhill town centre with a brand-new leisure, retail and residential development. “The Rise” has turned the western side of Marketfield Way and the end of the High Street into a vibrant destination..
Features of The Rise include:
· a new multi-screen cinema, boutique bowling and a diner run by cinema operator The Light;
· a Tesco Express;
· seven units for restaurants and leisure uses on the ground and first floors;
· 150 new one and two bedroom homes to be rented through private housing provider Kooky; and
· landscaping and public space improvements, including the Gallery Walk, a pedestrian route through The Rise flanked by restaurants and leisure uses.
The programme is scheduled for completion later in 2025. Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will provide new lightning protection systems to safeguard the structures at the new development and all users in the event of an electrical storm.
