Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) has received excellent feedback from the UK’s largest not-for-profit care provider for a recent fire solutions contract in Essex.
PTSG’s dry riser maintenance divisions (UK Dry Risers Maintenance), based near Manchester, delivered the specialist fire solutions for Anchor Hanover at its Elizabeth Gardens Extra Care development – containing 65 properties for people aged 55+.
PTSG was hired via main contractor Interserve Support Services. Lucy Gooch, Estate Manager (Anchor Hanover Group, Extra Care) made the following comment about the quality of work from PTSG:
“Just to let you know that subcontractor UK Dry Risers Maintenance came (on behalf of Interserve) and completed these works yesterday and they were really very good and informative afterwards as to what they had completed. Delivering outstanding customer service is the main aim amongst PTSG’s 1,200 members of staff. It has seen the Group consistently achieve a contract renewal rate of 88% or higher since its founding year of 2007.
