Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is delivering specialist electrical services at The Apex, a performance venue in West Suffolk.
The Apex, situated in the heart of Bury St Edmunds, is an award-winning venue, known for its acoustic excellence and home to a diverse programme of live music and events; from classical concerts to pop, rock, jazz, blues, world, country and folk, plus comedy and dance performances.
It also hosts a number of community and corporate events, offering the local community and wider environs a unique and exciting space from which visitors can see a great selection of artists, bands and events.
Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd were contracted to install a new lightning protection system at The Apex. This will safeguard the building, which is described as boasting great architectural beauty, as well as all users in the event of an electrical storm.
As well as being the UK’s leading provider of lightning protection services, PTSG is believed to be the oldest. JW Gray, one of the constituent companies of PTSG Electrical Services Ltd, has been associated with lightning protection since 1935.
