Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is to deliver specialist fire solutions, specifically, residential sprinklers at a major redevelopment for Southwark Council.
Notting Hill Housing and Southwark Council will rebuild the Aylesbury estate in partnership. The partnership is committed to delivering 3,500 new homes, 50% of which will be affordable homes, 75% of which will be for social rent and 25% for shared ownership or equity. A minimum of 30% across all tenures will have three bedrooms or more. In line with the Aylesbury Action Plan, there will be a net increase in homes from 2,400 to 4,200.
Construction of the new homes has already begun, but developers expect to finish the entire regeneration project by 2032. The Aylesbury regeneration will happen in four phases. Phase 3 includes all Taplow and Northchurch blocks to the west of Thurlow Street as well as 184 and 218 East Street.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd will deliver commercial and residential sprinklers as well as dry riser units. PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd is the largest of the Group’s five independent business divisions, offering a comprehensive range of fire and security systems and services.
