Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist electrical services at an exclusive residential development near Uxbridge.
Union Park will offer a choice of studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments within a canal-side setting close to Crossrail connections. The structural works included the refurbishment of existing structures and the installation of two and three storey structures on top of existing office buildings.
Phase 2 of the development sees the refurbishment of another existing building at the site, and a new building with a basement. As part of this phase, engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will deliver a new lightning protection system to provide protection for buildings and users in the event of an electrical storm. Phase 3 of the project includes basement car parking and new four-storey buildings.
In addition to designing and installing new lightning and surge protection systems, PTSG’s specialists carry out routine testing and inspection of systems to ensure compliance with regulations. Their meticulous record-keeping ensures customers remain compliant year-round.
