Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is to provide specialist electrical services at a new mixed-use development in central London.
Bedford Passage, situated in the centre of Fitzrovia, is a new private gated mixed-use residential and commercial office scheme. It comprises around 50 residences, approximately 70% of which are affordable for social rent and key workers. The homes have been created from the redevelopment of the former Middlesex Hospital Annex.
Private and communal walled gardens for the residents, the office users and the local community are carefully designed and incorporated on the site. The original historic walkway, Bedford Passage, will be re-provided, giving access between Cleveland Street and Charlotte Street and link to Tottenham Mews, for pedestrians and cyclists only. A new public square will be created to the rear of the Workhouse adjacent to the Bedford Passage, which will be fully accessible to the local community.
Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will install a brand-new lightning protection system at the development, providing protection for both buildings and users alike in the event of an electrical storm.
