Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has delivered multiple specialist services for a brand-new student accommodation development on Nottingham’s Talbot Street in the centre of the city.
NMCN was awarded the demolition, construction and delivery of the facility, which will comprise of 331 self-contained bedrooms along with communal areas and outdoor space. The project will enhance the local area alongside existing student housing on the city centre street and help to meet the growing demand for top quality, sociable student accommodation in the city.
Engineers from PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd recently completing fire-proofing duties at the new accommodation. Following this, PTSG also completed remedial works to the building’s façade and also delivered a full clean of the windows to support the hand-over of the completed construction project.
PTSG’s engineers received thanks for their reactiveness, as this was a time-sensitive project.
