Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG) is to deliver specialist electrical services at Manchester Airport.
Manchester Airport is an international airport at Ringway, which is 7.5 miles south-west of Manchester city centre. In 2019, it was the third busiest airport in the United Kingdom in terms of passenger numbers and the busiest of those not serving London.
Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd are carrying out a test and inspection of the lightning protection system in place at the facility. This is required on an annual basis to ensure compliance with regulations. PTSG also completed a test and inspection of the system in 2020 and 2019 – also carrying out essential repairs to keep it first-class operational condition.
PTSG Electrical Services Ltd is one of five independent business divisions of PTSG. The others are: PTSG Access & Safety Ltd, PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd, PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd and PTSG Water Treatment Services Ltd.
