Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been instructed to deliver a builders clean following the successful installation of its abseil system at London Square Nine Elms.
Nine Elms on the South Bank is part of one of the capital’s largest regeneration areas of the Vauxhall, Nine Elms and Battersea Opportunity Areas (VNEB). The aim is to deliver 20,000 new homes and 25,000 new jobs, the area is attracting some of the world’s greatest tech players, including the new Apple UK Campus. Nine Elms on the South Bank is fast becoming one of London’s most sought-after addresses with the transformation of the area.
PTSG’s specialist rope access engineers have been mobilised to clean the façade elements, including the terracotta cladding and glazing. PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd is one of the fasted-growing areas of the Group. It now has many different teams working throughout the UK delivering specialist installations, maintenance, cleaning and steeplejack services, as well as building fabric surveys, access equipment hire and siphonic drainage.
