Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist electrical services at a residential development in Enfield, North London.
When complete, New Avenue will offer a total of 502 new homes, along with a community centre for residents. Comprising a mix of 1 – 3-bedroom apartments, including 3-bedroom duplexes, all residents will benefit from the development’s outdoor space. This includes a play area and Eco Garden, which are ideal for families who are seeking the best of both worlds – lots of green space on the doorstep with all of the perks of living in the capital.
Phase one of the New Avenue Estate Regeneration Programme development was completed in the summer of 2021 to build 127 new homes. 78 are of these new homes are council-owned for existing residents, of which 49 were existing tenants on social rents and seven sold on a shared equity basis to existing leaseholders.
A further 22 homes are being let at affordable rent to applicants from the Council’s waiting list including secure tenants looking to downsize.
Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd have been contracted to install a brand-new lightning protection system at the development. This will ensure protection of the buildings and all users in the event of an electrical storm.
