Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist electrical services at eight residential blocks in Manchester.
Pendleton Together Operating Ltd, a Private Finance Initiative between Together Housing, part of the Together Housing Group, and Salford City Council is the manager of the properties. Together Housing Group is a leading provider of quality, affordable homes for sale and rent in the north of England and provides a range of support services for over 40,000 people.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd upgrade and re-instate the lightning protection systems at the residential blocks, following re-cladding works. Crucially, PTSG’s team will ensure the lightning protection systems offer the level of protection required by BS EN 62305.
