Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) will be delivering specialist electrical services at a brand-new residential development in Ealing, West London.
The Wiltern is a new and exciting residential build-to-rent development in the London Borough of Ealing comprising 278 homes including 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments, of which 35% will be affordable.
The development aims to establish a new community, renting high quality, purpose-designed and well managed homes, with facilities provided as part of the fabric of the surrounding neighbourhood. The residents will benefit from indoor communal space and landscaped communal gardens for residents and visitors to meet and relax.
Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will install a bespoke lightning protection system at the development to protect people and buildings in the event of an electrical storm.
PTSG is believed to be the oldest trading provider of lightning protection services in the UK and possibly in Europe. JW Gray, one of PTSG’s constituent companies, has been associated with lightning protection since 1835.
