Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) is nearing the end of a cradles maintenance contract at a major office building in Manchester.
17 York Street is situated in the city centre, on the corner of York Street and Fountain Street. It is a prominent, purpose-built office building with units available over six floors. The 5th and 6th floors can be split to offer units from 4,000 square feet to 16,534 square feet.
Engineers from PTSG’s cradles maintenance division routinely provide maintenance, inspection, testing and repair services for all types of equipment at buildings like 17 York Street, including building maintenance units, gantry systems, cradle systems, monorail systems and lifting equipment.
