Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) has been contracted by Engie to provide specialist services at a number of Birmingham schools.
Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd. will perform portable appliance testing (PAT) at educational establishments throughout Birmingham in the West Midlands.
The contract sees PTSG continue its successful and long-running partnership with Engie, the multi-national electric utility giant and the main contractor in the project. The Group’s engineers have carried out a range of specialist services for Engie over a number of other projects.
They include improvements to the lightning protection system at the Institute of Engineering and Technology and annual maintenance works to access systems at Liverpool Central Library. In 2018, Engie entered into a major contract with Newcastle Council worth £20m over 40 years.
PTSG performs testing and compliance for clients in a wide range of industry sectors. This ensures their buildings meet the latest legal requirements in the areas of electrical services, access and safety and fire solutions. Aside from the obvious safety benefits, compliance testing helps to protect organisations’ reputations, while ensuring their buildings run more efficiently and cost-effectively.
