Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been confirmed as the provider of specialist electrical services at the Pleasurama development on Ramsgate seafront.
Thanet-based Blueberry Homes started work on the long-awaited Royal Sands in June 2020 and it is hoped that work will be completed within a two to three-year timespan, with faster sales resulting in the shorter build time.
The complex will be made up of 107 apartments, a 60-bed hotel and gym and leisure and retail units. There are also plans for an upmarket spa franchise at the site.
Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will be installing a brand-new lightning protection system to shore up the defences of the new development against electrical storms, protecting residents and users.
PTSG delivers lightning and surge protection devices, as well as providing test and inspection services for clients in all sectors, and boasts a wide and ever-growing portfolio of assets.
