Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been awarded a contract to provide specialist high-level cleaning services at One SE8, a residential development in London.
Engineers from PTSG Building Access Specialist Ltd will perform high-level window cleaning to all communal areas using water-fed poles and abseil techniques. The contract will see work carried out on a quarterly basis.
PTSG already has a contract at One SE8 for the regular testing of the mansafe systems and abseil anchors used at the development. With the addition of specialist high-level cleaning services, PTSG is demonstrating why it is unique amongst its competitors in being able to meet the full-service needs of clients in a wide range of sectors – in this case, for FirstPort.
