Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG) has been awarded a contract to deliver specialist electrical services at Ashby’s Point, a six-storey residential development in Tonbridge, Kent, currently undergoing development work.
EQUANS is working on behalf of Town and Country Housing at Ashby’s Point. The works consist of the removal and replacement of external cladding, works to the exterior of the building and future proofing against any fire safety hazards, in accordance with the Building and Fire Safety Regulations.
The work is being carried out in phases to minimise disruption and inconvenience to residents. Contractors only work from 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Works commenced in January 2022 and will run throughout 2022 for a forecasted 50-week programme.
Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will install a brand-new lightning protection system to protect Ashby’s Point from future lightning strikes.
