Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has completed a project to deliver specialist at-height services at a highly sought-after residential building in Ilford, East London.
Citygate House is a former office building which was converted into a luxury apartment building comprising of 64 homes. This popular residential address is located close to Gants Hill Station and Newbury Park Station (both on the central line), offering easy access to and from Central London.
Engineers from PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd performed render repairs to the rear elevation of the building using a mobile elevating work platform (MEWP). Works were recorded and supplied to the client through a photographic report.
