Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has won a contract to deliver specialist electrical services at a major refurbishment project in Canary Wharf’s secondary central business district in London on the Isle of Dogs.
The 30 South Colonnade project involves the major refurbishment and repositioning of a highly prominent 300,000 square-foot office building in the core of the Canary Wharf Estate. The principal contractor will carry out the main structural refurbishment of the existing 11-storey building, which is targeting environmental standards to achieve BREEAM Outstanding and the WELL Building Standard Platinum.
Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will be installing a bespoke lightning protection system to provide protection for the refurbished building and all its users in the event of an electrical storm.
