Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has delivered a range of building façade services at Christchurch Court in central London.
Located on the north east corner of Paternoster Square in central London, Christchurch Court is a nine-storey building with two basement levels. It is currently undergoing a refurbishment, including a rooftop extension, that will provide around 430,000 square feet of first-class office accommodation. The site is constrained and logistically challenging, being enclosed in all directions by offices and retail units, with Christchurch Tower to the north and St Paul’s Cathedral approximately 150m to the south.
Engineers from PTSG began by installing an abseil system on the building’s roof. Following this, operatives from PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd have begun a six-week programme to deliver a full clean and refurbishment of the building’s façade. This includes DOFF Cleaning (a gentle form of cleaning used primarily on stonework), restorative cladding cleaning and brick repairs and repointing.
This project exemplifies the Group’s full-service capabilities.
