Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has secured a contract to provide Planned Preventative Maintenance an American-based multinational chain of hamburger fast food restaurants.

At the end of 2018, the client announced that it had almost 18,000 outlets in 100 countries, nearly half of which are in the United States. Across the UK, there are 533 outlets, 429 of which are in England. In various regions across the United States, the company and its franchises have aligned themselves with several charitable organisations that support the research and treatment of juvenile cancer.

In this contract, operatives from PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd will deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) works for the company’s central zone of stores. This is likely to include works of different kinds, from building façade maintenance (such as cladding) to gutter and lighting maintenance and even siphonic drainage.

PTSG delivers a great many functions and assets which enable large commercial buildings to operate effectively. In performing PPM work at strategic times, PTSG helps its clients’ buildings to remain fully functional, replacing or repairing assets before they reach the end of their lifespan.
