Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has entered a contract with EN Procure to provide specialist fire solutions specifically, passive fire services which includes fire door survey among others until 2028.
Fire Safety (FS2) has been developed following ongoing engagement and consultation with the market and public sector organisations. These include housing associations and local authorities providing an efficient, value for money procurement route to deliver a broad range of fire safety projects to ensure safety of tenants and occupants. The fire safety framework covers consultancy and risk management, fire safety system installation. Servicing and maintenance and cladding remediation.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd will deliver a range of passive fire services including, but not limited to, fire door surveys, compartmentation surveys, fire door replacement and repair works and fire stopping works.
Passive fire services are a vital part of fire safety in both commercial and residential buildings. Each year, PTSG delivers passive fire services to thousands of properties across the UK. They are provided as part of a rolling programme of inspection and/or rectification works. It is crucial for engineers to strictly follow fire safety reforms and building regulations, removing fire safety risk from occupied buildings to make them safe for all users.
